Consent

By submitting your property details to us for publication on the Contact Owner Direct website you are indicating that:

• You are the legal owner of the property, with the sole right to sell, or you have the legal power of attorney on behalf of the property owner.
• You agree to Contact Owner Direct publishing these details for you.
• The details supplied by you are true and accurate and are not misleading in any way.
• The publication of your property for sale is to commence immediately upon receipt of your payment.

Publication

In respect of any property details or photographs submitted by you for publication on Contact Owner Direct, you confirm that you own full rights to such details and/or photographs and you agree to grant a copyright licence to Contact Owner Direct. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have copyright over any materials supplied to us. Contact Owner Direct cannot use photographs taken by other estate agents without express permission, and you agree to indemnify Contact Owner Direct in respect of any claims or expenses incurred in respect of breach of copyright issues.

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in this website (including all trade marks, service marks, trading names, text, images, code and files) belong to Contact Owner Direct You may download material from this website for the sole purpose of using this website. However, you may not copy, transmit, modify, republish, store (in whole or in part), frame or pass-off any material or information on, or downloaded from, this website without our prior written consent.

Contact Owner Direct cannot accept any claims due to hardware/internet faults or technical problems but we will take sufficient measures to provide a reliable service.
